Note for Credit/Debit card customers without a Paypal account:

When you visit your cart (https://www.etsy.com/cart/) you need to choose Paypal as your method of payment. They process the transaction even if you don't have an account. On the page after you click "Check out with Paypal", there is a link on the left of the page which allows you to pay without signing into a Paypal account.

INLAND DELIVERY
Within the UK I ship using 2nd class post, due to the recent increase in postal prices. According to my personal experience, items sent within the UK tend to arrive within 3-4 days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Outside of the UK I use Airmail. According to my personal experience, items sent to Western Europe take about 5-10 days to arrive (although I have had one item take slightly over 2 weeks!) while for the rest of the world this may take up to 2-3 weeks, taking into account time your item may take to go through customs.

If you want a more secure method of international delivery, you may opt for "Airsure" (which provides online tracking, £5 / approx. US$8.07 plus ordinary Airmail price) or "International Signed for" (requires signature on receipt, £5.15 / approx. US$8.31 plus ordinary Airmail price). Please message me to discuss before purchasing your item.

Please check your country's customs rules and regulations before ordering. Some countries charge customs tax for goods above a certain value and in such a case, you as the buyer are responsibile for paying such taxes. All my amigurumi / crocheted items are NOT intended as toys for small children as they have not been tested to commercial standards. They are collectible, ornamental items for the young at heart and they may be given to older children at your own discretion.

While every effort is made to represent colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to differences in individual monitor settings or flash used in photographing.

All items are shipped from a non-smoking home. I do not have any pets however my neighbour's cat has visited in the distant past.

I use good quality recycled materials in my packaging, namely bubble wrap, little air bags and bubble wrap-insulated packets. I tend to use new 100% recyclable cardboard boxes, but may occasionally use a used one in good condition.

I enjoy donating my shop profits to charity. All shop profits enter a 'pool', which I will donate to charities of my own choice. I am constantly on the lookout for deserving charities, so let me know if you have any good suggestions. My areas of interest are in helping developing countries and animals in need.
